Follow Up Video – Success Night

Did you hear about Monday night?  Over 100 members who attended agreed – it was a busy, fun and educational night.

We announced some terrific deals from our REIA members (please do your due diligence), and

We learned how some of the top leaders in REIA are having a great year in real estate, and

Oh – did you realize this – We didn’t sell anything Monday night!  In fact, we gave away over $32,000 worth of education books, tapes, CD’s and Manuals, and training materials, and I am sure that word of what we did is going to make a few people upset.

You see, so many “teachers, trainers, and coaches” are doing some crazy things right now, and all in the attempt to get in your pocket.  We are deliberately making it our plan to go the other way, and help you as much as possible over the next few years.  We want you to succeed WITH US over the next few years.

We do offer real estate investment training, absolutely . IT’S SOME OF THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.  But  – we aren’t going to shove it down your throat.  When you are ready, we think you will look around, ask the right questions, and join us.

You heard the stories from some of our members.  When the time was right for them, they came on board.  When the time is right for you, jump in!  But remember what we talked about at the beginning of Monday night?  Successful people are decisive.  When you make the decision, move forward with a purpose.   Be resolute in your decision to make the next few years your best as a real estate investor.

A special thank you to Jeff.  Monday night, Jeff Sibert donated some of the best tools he has used over the last 5+ years to the members of REIA.  Jeff lives in a world of abundance, and believes he can share the things that helped him along his path to success.  Follow his example and keep learning too!  Keep getting better, keep reading, keep taking classes, and keep improving.  If you do, you will be unstoppable in this business.

Jeff went into some details about his start in the business.  Ed talked about getting started and his transition from an international organization, to working full time as an investor.

Paul walked us through his deal, and talked about being a third generation “construction guy”, and had his grandson sitting next to him!  Everyone enjoyed hearing how Ray got started in real estate, while he was working as a manager at Giant. And Anthony talked about his latest deal, and the money he made in “about a week”.

We ended the evening hearing about how Clyde splits his time between Texas and Northern Virginia and how he just cashed a check for Two Thousand dollars for a weeks work.
