“Heavy Lifting With Your Head”
We had a lot of good feedback from those who stayed after the meeting last Thursday night. Those that stayed were introduced to our 7 week Plan. A lot of really great people signed up to go through this training. And some of these people are off to a terrific fast start.
One lady used the material to motivate her into looking at 12 properties over the weekend. She is making offers on THREE!
Now, we advance into Week Two, and those in the course start “Heavy Lifting with Your Head”.
Many people called to say they wanted to attend, but sadly, couldn’t make it last Thursday. Others emailed and called and wanted to know more details. We have answers to your questions, and one “Last Chance” to join the freshman class going through this 7 week series of training.
“THE PLAN” What is it?
It’s a simple 7 week plan that will
* get you started,
* massively expand your network,
* bring better technology into your business,
* and find money for your deals.
Most importantly, it will teach you how to wrap it all together and make money.
That’s the 50,000 foot overview, but some of you are asking…..
“How about some more juicy details John?”
OK! OK!…. Let me break this down with more weekly details…..
Week One – Basic business topics – this is designed so that first, you get a feeling of understanding. You end the week realizing this entire 7 week process is designed to first help build your basic business skills. We relate these skills to real estate investing, however, you now understand you can use these basic skills in any industry.
Week Two – You discover the “why” of your business. It may be a bit uncomfortable for some of you at first. But slowly, and it starts in the pit of your stomach, you will get a sense of surety about this process. You see the others in your class as they get it too, and the understanding and excitement are nearly palatable. It feels exciting to “get it” and understand your “why”.
Week Three – Contrary to what you learned in kindergarten, you find out why talking to strangers is OK. You feel comfortable being in sales, either selling yourself or selling “things”. At this point, you feel compelled to move forward as if on autopilot, to the action you know you must take.
Week Four – It’s decision time. And you realize there is no bad decision, except indecision. At this point, the normal voice of indecision in your head is quickly expelled. You are starting to achieve a sense of peace, of determination. You know the road you are on.
In weeks One through Four, we talk about different markets and lead sources. The web based videos are available for you to watch and learn at any time each week. You are given scripts to either follow, or use as a guide for creating your own plan. We integrate websites and forms to gather and track leads efficiently.
In Weeks 5-7, The Plan continues and your anticipation of what is to come now that your decision has been made is contagious. The velocity of your training starts to pick up as you, and those around you, massively grow your business.
Quite frankly, in weeks 5-7, we teach you concepts and techniques you can not learn in a book. It has to be learned in person. Face to face, and with someone who has “been there, and done that”. You will essentially be embedded in a real working business. In these weeks your determination will be paying off as you see details of what “working on your business” really means, and how it will help you accomplish your goals.
By now, some of you are asking yourself
“Can I still sign up for this series of trainings?”
Yes, it’s not too late for you. However, next week, it will be too late. It would be irresponsible of me as a teacher to admit you so late, and I won’t let you sign up for this class next week. Only a poor teacher would let you join the course so late in the process. It would be like telling you to start painting the kitchen walls, before you replaced the cabinets! That’s crazy and just doesn’t make sense. You need time to build the foundation and not be so rushed. .
NOW - If you do sign up this week, you have some catch up work to do. You have about 4-5 hours of homework and online videos to catch up on.
If this isn’t the right time for you, I understand. We may have another 7 week series starting later in the summer. Perhaps you can join us then. We are not going anywhere, and simply want to give you every reason to succeed in the next few years.
